PAYMENT

You can place orders with State of Green directly on our website and pay via credit card or PayPal.
 

Secure Online Credit Card Payment

State of Green accepts VISA and MASTERCARD. We do not currently accept American Express or Diners Club.  All State of Green transactions and payments are handled using a SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) service, ensuring your details are safe.

Paypal

STATE OF GREEN accepts payment through PAYPAL.  You do not need to be a PAYPAL account holder to use this option, as one off payments using a credit card are accepted.  Anyone with an email address can pay for goods online using PayPal. You will be directed to a secure site that is hosted by PayPal - a payment processor. You can then pay via credit card, direct debit, or using your own PayPal funds if you already hold an account. PLEASE NOTE - You do not need to have a PayPal account to use this option. One off payment transactions using your credit card, without registering for a PayPal account is possible.

SHIPPING & RETURNS

Domestic Shipping & Postage Costs

We deliver Australia wide using a combination of Australia Post and Couriers and ultilise receipted post on our items so your delivery does not get lost. If your premises is only accessible by Australia Post (not a courier), please advise in the "Comments" section during checkout.  If you wish your delivery to be left at your premises when unattended, please provide authorisation for the courier/Australia Post to  do so. 


Australia wide delivery is charged dependant upon the State to where your package is being sent. We charge a flat postage rate per State for our deliveries based on weight. All shipping costs are shown when you place items in your shopping bag. You can check all postage costs without placing your order.

If you live in an outer regional location your items may be subject to higher shipping charge. We will contact you regarding any extra postage costs prior to sending your order. Delivery charges for heavy or large/ parcels are based on the size and cubic weight of the parcel.


International Shipping

State of Green is happy to ship internationally. All international orders will be sent via Australia Post Air Mail.  Any loss/damage will not be covered unless insurance is taken on your parcel. Please note in the additional comments section during checkout if you would like insurance added to your order.

Please note, international orders are exempt from 10% GST. This will be deducted from your order. International orders may be subject to import duties levied by the country into which they are being imported.

 Delivery Time

State of Green dispatches parcels within 72 hours of receiving cleared payment.  We will notify you if there will be a delay in the delivery due to stock availability.

Gifts/ Wrapping

We offer a free gift wrap service.  Please advise in the "Comments" section of the checkout if you would like your item gift wrapped.  If you also require a card to be attached, please purchase a card and write your personalized message in the “Comments” section during checkout. We will then write your message into the card. All products are gift wrapped in brown kraft paper, and tied with natural jute twine.

Order Confirmation Email


State of Green will send you a confirmation of your order via email.  Please check your order confirmation carefully, and advise immediately if there are any discrepancies. Your confirmation advice is your receipt of purchase.  Please note in the interest of the environment, State of Green does not issue a paper receipt unless specifically requested to do so. Please consider the environment before printing the receipt.

It is the purchaser’s responsibility to ensure that shipping addresses are accurate. No responsibility will be taken for incorrectly entered delivery addresses.

Returns

We take great care ensuring your goods have been checked for damages prior to delivery. If however they are found to be damaged or faulty on delivery, please notify us within 2 days of receiving your goods and the faulty item will be replaced.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return the product to us as long as it has not been used and is in its’ original packaging with all tags still intact within 10 days of dispatch. We are unable to accept goods that are not in the original sale condition. The cost of return freight is the responsibility of the customer. It is highly recommended that any returns are sent via Registered Post as State of Green will not be held responsible for items going astray in the mail.

Exchanges are to be returned at the customers own expense.
