'Bird' is a young brand with a big voice and a strong platform for creating awareness about sustainability amongst consumers.  Bird is the brainchild of designer, Rachel Bending, whose work focuses on pioneering sustainability in design. Bird garments are made from SKAL/CUC certified organic fabrics, patterns are designed in-house and hand printed in Australia using water based dyes. Gift wrap is printed on recycled paper stock using soy inks. All products in the homewares and lifestyle fashion ranges are manufactured using 100% renewable solar power. Bird became Australias first climate neutral business in 2004.
