Is it safe to order online?

Of course. State of Green Pty Ltd uses Geotrust Secure Socket Layering (SSL), the industry standard encryption technology that ensures safe Internet transmission of your personal information. If however you still feel uneasy about ordering online feel free to contact us by email at [email protected] and we will call you to arrange the order.

Are my personal details safe with State of Green?

State of Green Pty Ltd practices safe e–commerce. We do not store credit card details and at no time do we share any of our customers information with any other parties. We do retain customer information in the interest of further communication with our customers. If at any time you would like your information removed from our files please contact us.

What are the refunds/exchange policy?

There is nothing that pleases us more than a happy customer. Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return the product to us as long as it has not been used and is in its’ original packaging with all tags still intact within 30 days of dispatch. We are unable to accept goods that are not in the original sale condition. The cost of return freight is the responsibility of the customer. It is highly recommended that any returns are sent via Registered Post as State of Green Pty Ltd will not be held responsible for items going astray in the mail.

We cannot accept returns or exchanges on items that were purchased on sale.

 What if my goods are damaged or faulty?

We take great care ensuring your goods have been checked for damages prior to delivery. If however they are found to be damaged or faulty on delivery, please notify us within 3 days of receiving your goods and the faulty item will be replaced. Faulty Goods can be returned with labels intact for an exchange.

Does State of Green deliver Worldwide?

Yes , we will ship all over the world. International shipping costs provided on the State of Green website are indicative only. We will contact you by email to confirm international shipping rates with you.

When will my order be sent?

Depending on availability of product, all orders will be dispatched from State of Green within 3 working days of receiving an order from the customer.

When will my order arrive?

Depending upon your location, all orders should arrive between 3-7 business days from leaving State of Green Pty Ltd. 

How much does delivery cost?

We deliver Australia wide using a combination of Australia Post and Couriers.  To ensure your delivery arrives, we ultilise tracking on all our items so your delivery does not get lost.  

Australia wide delivery is charged dependant upon the State to where your package is being sent. You can choose whether to have your purchase sent via regular or express post.  You can calculate your shipping costs when you place items in your "shopping bag", prior to checkout.

How Can I place an order?

1.    Online using your credit card, we accept Visa and Mastercard. American Express and Diners are not currently accepted. 

2.    Online via PayPal.

3.    Please email us at [email protected]  if you wish to pay over the phone, or by direct bank transfer and we will contact you.
